The same Chinese chemical networks that flooded America with fentanyl precursors have found a new illegal product to sell: fake weight-loss injections. And their newest customers might be your kids. The real drug is retatrutide, known online as “reta.” Developed by Eli Lilly, it has shown remarkable promise in clinical trials. But no regulator in the world ...

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. For millennials and zoomers, hearing those four words unlocks a stirring and nostalgic childhood memory. “Avatar: The Last Airbender” was a masterpiece of storytelling, built around a world of ancient civilizations, martial arts, spiritual traditions, and moral truths. It gave us heroes worth admiring, villains worth fearing, and one of the ...

The Anakin Skywalker right-wing zoomer meme is the kind of subject cultural anthropologists will be studying a century from now to understand politics in the last gasp of the Trump era. Michigan just sent to the Senate a man who will not tell us whether Islamic Sharia or the Constitution comes first. That is the story, and it is not the one liberals in the press are telling. They are fancifully celebrating a “historic first,” although they should be asking what, exactly, we were handed. Abdul ...

Who’s to blame is an important question, and there’s already no shortage of excuses, accusations, and outright cope floating around right-of-center media. But ...

In this role, I helped lead 34,000 employees and 156,000 inmates, and oversaw 120 facilities and an $8.4 billion annual budget. But the number I’m most proud ...

Texas Senator-elect James Talarico wants Democrats to abolish the Senate filibuster when they take control of the chamber, calling it a “Jim Crow relic” that prevents elected majorities from governing. Talarico, who defeated Republican Ken Paxton on Tuesday, endorsed abolishing the filibuster in an interview with NBC News correspondent Ryan Chandler. “Yes. I believe that ...

DETROIT—By the time Abdul El-Sayed defeated former Republican Congressman Mike Rogers in Michigan, it was not entirely surprising. But many Americans were left wondering: Why did voters flock to such a radical leftist? Well, that sucked. A blue tsunami. The rout Republicans suffered last night was, in large part, a referendum on the president. Republicans turned up their noses at the politicians and at the Commander in Chief.
